RICS Condition Report
A Condition Report is normally carried out on post 1930 properties and provides the purchaser with the security that there are no major problems with the property.
The report covers the construction and condition of the property, defects needing attention, advice on specialist investigation and safety issues.
A Building Survey comprises a comprehensive internal and external inspection of the building. We specialise in surveying older traditional buildings.
We will describe all visible defects discovered during the inspection and specify the repair work required. Specialist tests of services can also be obtained, if required.
